ParaPanel Log in

Parametric CAD for cutting sheet goods on a CNC router.

Draw your products once, with formulas instead of fixed dimensions. Change a width and every panel, hole, joint and piece of hardware moves with it — then one export gives you every part as a DXF, drilling and pockets on their own layers, for the CAM you already use.

Everything is an expression

Panel sizes and hole positions, yes — but also the material, the fittings, the construction method, and whether a part exists at all. Swap one value and the whole job follows; write a rule and it decides for itself.

Cut files your CAM already reads

Layered DXF output per part makes importing to CAM and automating toolpaths easy. Each part is rotated so the grain matches the 3D assembly, with diameter and depth in the layer names — PROFILE, HOLE_D8_H13, POCKET_H12.

Joinery that cuts both panels

Design the joint once — a tongue on the edge, the matching groove in the face it meets — and every edge you put it on machines both panels. Fittings come along too: give them a maximum spacing and the joint adds as many as the edge needs.

Stop redrawing the same cabinet

The 24″, the 30″ and the 36″ are one drawing with three widths typed in. The inside is the outside less two thicknesses — InsideWidth = CabWidth - 2 * Carcass — and every interior component takes its width from there.

Type it however you measure it

Millimeters, centimeters, meters, inches or feet in any field, with no unit mode to set first — 3/4", 0.75 in and 19.05 are the same dimension, and a fraction reads back as a fraction. Formulas are the exception: anything starting with = is millimeters.

Nothing to install

It's a web app — use it anywhere. Your work lives in your account.

Beta access request

Free while it's in beta. When ParaPanel goes public it'll be a monthly subscription — likely $40 to $80 — and beta shops will keep a lower rate than whatever it settles at. Working out that number is part of what the beta is for.

I will reach out to schedule an in-depth video call demo to ensure it fits your type of work.
